Inspired by Brazilian architect, Oscar Niemeyer's stunning modern contemporary architectural designs, Villa Turquesa is sitting on a prestige 2.500 square meters of private tropical forest and peaceful seafront property, offers a private beach sheltered by coral reefs at Praia das Pedrinhas, which sits between islands heavenly white sand beaches, Praia de Tassimirim and Praia de Boca de Barra. Only 30-minute private flight from Salvador International Airport, Villa Turquesa is located in a strategic location, decorated with a gentle sea breezes, heavenly white sand beach, and a private location, only few minutes boat ride from Boipeba Airport, 30-minute walk to Village of Boipeba, and 45-minutes walk to Morere. Villa Turquesa is pet friendly and provides High-Speed wireless internet from a private tower on property to ensure secure and stable internet service. Perfect place to relax and work all year long.

Living Room and Kitchen Areas are shared when renting individual rooms. Use of the kitchen for any cooking purposes or refrigerator use is not allowed. Breakfast is included as a part of the accommodation.

As a part of Villa's property, Turquesa Beach is located as a part of island's famous Praia das Pedrinhas (between Boca da Barra and Tassimirim beach), providing the guests the exclusive access to this breathtaking coastline.

• As you will notice during your stay, all the contents of our Villa (Furniture, Beds, Sheets, Towels, Appliances, and various accessories) are brand new. We kindly ask you to show the highest courtesy to keep them clean and well maintained as we are using them ourselves, and would like to offer you and others the same quality of service in the future.

• Smoking is PROHIBITED inside and the vicinity of the Villa (Bedrooms, Living Room, Kitchen, and all outdoor areas)

• Each suite includes 2 sets of soft white Turkish towels and Kangas, exclusively imported from Turkey to provide you with the best comfort possible. Kangas can be used as beach towels but white towels are prohibited to be taken to the beach or to be used for any purpose other than your in-room needs. We kindly request to refrain their use for anything that will damage them. We are also providing you with a black (Make Up) towel if you are in need for any product use, like make up. Any occurrence of stains that ruins the sheets and/or towels will have surcharge of the full price of the product.

• For stays longer than 5 days, we provide second set of bed sheets and towels for each suite.

• Each room is equipped with Smart temperature and humidity notification system that lets you know the best climate settings for your comfort. We have configured the AC based on the reading from this device. We kindly ask you not to change the setting but rather change the temperature only as your AC is set for eliminating the humidity for your comfort.

• In shared accommodations, we kindly ask you to keep the common areas clean and tidy for others to enjoy as well. Always wash and put away the kitchenware after use.

• As you are experiencing the luxury and comfort in the middle of the nature, keep in mind that wild animals and insects are present. We strongly recommend to keep the doors of the suites closed to avoid any intruders entering.

• We are providing you with a brand-new Ice Machine installed in the kitchen. Please use with care and do not put any drinks inside, rather use the Ice Bucket provided in the kitchen to take out ice from it for your drinks.

• We have provided you with 3 flashlights that is located in the kitchen. Please make sure to put them on charge

• Please DO NOT throw paper towels, sanitary products, tissues & wipes to the toilet. Use the bin provided next to the toilet.

• Other than the booked guests, no one outside the reservation is allowed to use the villa and its amenities. We appreciate the understanding.
